Installation of hydraulic tubing to be careful

Attention should be paid to the following matters when installing tubing:

(1) According to the pressure and flow and use of the choice of tubing. Tubing must have enough strength, the inner wall is smooth and clean, without trachoma, rust, iron oxide and other defects.

(2) When the pipe is cut with a saw, the section and the axis should maintain a certain perpendicularity, sharp edge blunt and remove iron filings.

(3) When bending the pipe, the ellipticity is allowed to be 10%, and the inner and outer parts of the bending part are not allowed to have jagged shape, uneven, twisted, crushed and other defects. Elbow radius R should generally be greater than three times the pipe diameter D.

(4) The distance between the pipe supports is too small, the fixed support increases, the distance is too large, will occur vibration and sag.

(5) The pipe shall be fixed with pipe clamps to prevent vibration.

(6) Pipe laying position should be convenient for the connection of branch pipe, and should be close to the equipment or foundation.
